If you require special services and auxiliary aids when visiting Seattle Center, please contact Seattle Center customer service ten (10) business days in advance at (206) 684-7200 to allow for your personal assistance to be arranged.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Please reference the Seattle Center accessibility page for a full list of ADA parking spaces.

ENTRANCE

All festival entrances are accessible to patrons with disabilities as needed. Please see the box office above the Fisher Green Pavilion on Thomas Street and flag a staff member if you need additional accommodated entry with proof of ticket.

WATER STATIONS & FIRST AID LOCATIONS

In addition to all of the amazing food and beverage vendor options, we will have two free water stations and a first aid tent available to all attendees – please reference the festival map.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed within the festival grounds. However, dogs which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. You can request the form in advance from info@dayindayout.com to bring with you to the festival.

PATRONS WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS

Day In Day Out is wheelchair accessible, but is a large outdoor venue with primarily grass viewing area. The festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by patrons with mobility disabilities.

Accessible portable toilets will be available at the end of the bank of portable toilets within the festival footprint.

PATRONS WITH HEARING DISABILITIES

Day In Day Out will provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing upon request. Please email info@dayindayout.com to request a specific performance be interpreted.

We ask that you make a request as soon as possible to allow adequate time to prepare. We will make every effort to accommodate, but cannot guarantee ASL support if requests are not submitted within two weeks ahead of the festival.
